- 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- In a bowl, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a couple of tablespoons of the apple mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Brush melted butter over each taquito and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
