  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
