- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add molasses, egg, and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.

- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
