Delicious and easy-to-make cookies that combine the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the egg, baking soda, and salt, and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and place it in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
