  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop dough and form small balls. Place them in the air fryer basket spaced apart.
  5. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  • These can also be served warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
