2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
In a bowl, separate the egg yolks and whites.
Whisk the yolks with milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
