  • 1 pound turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, bacon, broccoli, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
