  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the patties on both sides.
  4. Once browned, remove the patties and set aside.
  5. Pour beef broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
