A delightful baked German pancake topped with crispy turkey bacon, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish in the preheated oven.
  4. Pour the batter into the melted butter and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden.
  5. While the pancake is baking, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Remove the pancake from the oven, top with crispy turkey bacon, and serve immediately.
