12 ounces ziti pasta
1 pound turkey bacon
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook ziti according to package instructions; drain.
In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
In a bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a large baking dish, layer half of the pasta, half of the marinara, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the turkey bacon, and half of the mozzarella.
Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
