2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
Add the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
