- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef with onion in a skillet.
- Add garlic powder and half of the enchilada sauce to the beef mixture.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
