- 2 cups Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, onion, carrots, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add the cooked chicken.
- In a bowl, mix Bisquick™ and milk until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the Bisquick mixture into the pot.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
