1 pound pizza dough
6 slices turkey bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into pieces.
Spread the olive oil over the dough and top with mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
While the pizza is baking, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Top with chopped lettuce, crispy bacon, and drizzle the mayo mixture on top before slicing and serving.
