A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any morning meal.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns, chicken ham, and cooked turkey bacon.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers, then top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
