1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
In a bowl, mix the broccoli, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, and oregano.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into circles.
Place a spoonful of the cheese and broccoli mixture on one half of each circle.
Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
