2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
12 sheets lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well coated.
Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 4 lasagna noodles, followed by a third of the buffalo chicken mixture, a layer of ricotta, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Repeat the layers two more times.
Finish with remaining mozzarella on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce.
