  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
