- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, diced apples, and caramel sauce until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fill the cupcake liners 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before frosting.
