  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add brown sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then drizzle caramel sauce on top.
