  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and add beef strips.
