  • 1 pound seafood mix (shrimp, crab, and scallops)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
  3. Add the seafood mix and cook until just cooked through.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, cheese, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
  5. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
  6. Pour the seafood mixture into a pie crust in a pie dish.
  7. Cover with the second pie crust and crimp the edges to seal.
