  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  7. Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
