Cheesecake Eggrolls are a delightful blend of crispy and creamy, making them a must-try dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 quart oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and some chocolate chips into the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  3. Roll up the wrappers, sealing the ends with a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
