Delicious cheesy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring until combined.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the layered potatoes.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
