  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/2 inch rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
