  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Pour in Marsala wine and add mushrooms. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Crumble the turkey bacon over the chicken and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
