A hearty and comforting dish combining the classic flavors of chicken pot pie with pasta, enriched with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
  4. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and bacon, mixing well to coat.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes until heated thoroughly.
  7. Serve hot.
