4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces egg noodles
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
Season the noodles with salt and pepper, and mix in the parsley.
Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
You can also substitute chicken thighs for a richer taste.
