2 cups egg noodles
1 pound boneless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the cooked noodles, tossing to coat.
Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
