  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and water, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
