Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the springform pan and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Feel free to add more chocolate chips for extra decadence.
