  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and blend.
  4. Mix in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips into the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool and refrigerate before cutting into bars.
