A delicious combination of chorizo, tomato, and cheese makes these pizzas a delightful meal.

  • 1 pound chorizo
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chorizo until browned.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the diced tomatoes over the dough, then top with the cooked chorizo and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
