  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon, then drizzle over the cheesecake.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
