  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (for brushing)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt, mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Roll out the dough and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top, then roll the dough tightly.
  9. Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  10. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Brush with melted butter after baking and enjoy!
