1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
In another bowl, beat the powdered sugar, coconut cream, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the coconut mixture and spread over the crust.
Top with shredded coconut and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with toasted coconut before serving.
