  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the powdered sugar, coconut cream, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the coconut mixture and spread over the crust.
  5. Top with shredded coconut and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
