A delicious twist on breakfast sliders featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the chicken ham for a few minutes.
  4. Scramble eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until cooked.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing turkey bacon, chicken ham, and scrambled eggs on each bun, then top with cheese.
  6. Place the sliders in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
