- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in flour to create a roux.
- Add milk gradually, whisking until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cheese until melted.
- Combine macaroni, chicken ham, and bacon with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
