2 cups chicken broth
1 cup queso dip
1 pound steak strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
Add arborio rice to the same skillet and toast for 2 minutes.
Gradually add chicken broth, one cup at a time, stirring frequently until absorbed.
