  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned.
