Deliciously spiced Creole sausage balls served with a zesty remoulade dipping sauce.

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, cheddar cheese, flour, cornmeal, Creole seasoning, green onions, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. While baking, prepare the remoulade sauce.
  6. Serve the sausage balls warm with remoulade dipping sauce.
