  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Mix well and place a spoonful of the mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold and seal the edges of the wrappers to create wontons.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
  5. Fry wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
