  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the diced potatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the turkey bacon and chicken ham during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  4. Before serving, add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well until melted.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • Add toppings such as sour cream or green onions for extra flavor!
