  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, place the chicken breasts and turkey bacon.
  2. Add the corn, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken and stir in the heavy cream.
