- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and heavy cream.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool before drizzling caramel sauce on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
