A rich and creamy cheesecake layered with fudgy brownies and topped with luscious caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and heavy cream.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Let cool before drizzling caramel sauce on top.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Top with extra caramel sauce before serving for added decadence.
