A creamy and flavorful macaroni salad infused with the classic flavors of deviled eggs, including turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and chop them.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
