  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the dill pickle juice and chopped pickles until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
