  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
