- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
- Add the garlic powder and cumin, stirring well.
- Pour half of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and some cheese, roll them up, and place them in the dish.
- Top with the remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
