Enjoy a quick and cheesy delight with these easy ground beef enchiladas that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the garlic powder and cumin, stirring well.
  4. Pour half of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and some cheese, roll them up, and place them in the dish.
  6. Top with the remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Serve with sour cream and guacamole for extra flavor.
